Is there a way to formally submit a bug in HAL / Stm32 hardware?

And get a proper tracking of the process of validating and correcting it?
I have posted last week a bug with complete code, most of it generated but CubeMX with minor modifications to enable the comparator with interrupt. This blocks the MCU without any code in the callback. The same code works just fine on a lesser MCU from ST.
No engineer from ST cared to drop a few lines.
This bug has degraded our product in what might be a 7-digit contract over 3 years with tight deadlines for prototypes.
Thank you!

This is a primarily user-driven forum, with casual ST presence.
If you represent a significant buying power (in $M), contact ST directly.

Is there a way to send a private mail/forum post to ST personnel. That could help a little.

Nicolae, ST personel watches the forum. I would suggest you to post the bug you found and someone from ST will take care of it.
Thank you.
