iap using ethernet problem

I'm using stm3210c-eval with STM32F107_LwIP_IAP_V1.0.0.  when I change the html file ( \Project\STM32F107_LwIP_IAP\fs...) THERE is no change after debug. I tried to generate a binary file but i coudn't do that.

can you help me?
