IAP PROGRAMMING USING USART

i am using stm 32f4discovery board. i want to use iap programming using usart. I follow an3965 instructions. but my user code does not execute. that stored in 0x8004000. how i can execute this code. can any one help me

What USART are you using?

What IDE are you using?

What debugging have you done?

Can you step through the code and provide a more comprehensive/descriptive breakdown of what is and isn't working?

If this is a commercial project ST keeps a list of consultants, and FAE's that might be able to assist you.
