Hi What is the difference between F series microcontrollers and H microcontrollers? Which series is better to start learning?

If you can't review data sheets your learning process is going to be very difficult.

The H7 is a very complex part, the other Cortex-M7 also have challenges which I might start without.

I​ might suggest starting with an L4 part, or F4.
