I don' t know how to do it with ONE click, but I know how to do it with ZERO click - use the command-line version of the utility (ST-LINK_CLI).

So for others info I used the follwoing in the prompt:

ST-LINK_CLI -c JTAG UR -P M:\workspace\projectXX\Debug\projectXX.bin 0x08000000 -Rst
