I am using

Micro controller: STM32F103RCT6TR IDE: IAR Embedded workbench Debugger: J-Link ARM   When I burn it I am getting this error TotalIRLen = ?, IRPrint = 0x..000000000000000000000011 Fatal error: Failed to read CPUID for Cortex device   Session aborted! Can anyone help me? Thank you,

can you change the onboard controller IC?? I mean do you have facilities to desolder and resolder a new controller???

I have two copies of the board, but I am still getting the same result.

I can t change to new controller now.
