I follow the instructions on "How to enable SIM MFF2 connectivity with P-L496G-CELL02.txt" from the link of "https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/p-l496g-cell02.html#tools-software" utilities section.
The device was configured and actived ESIM, after that, tried to get BIC code, however, got negative response, as shown in the following:
I tried 2 P-L496G-CELL02, both gave the same results. Please help...
