Do we have external loader example codefor ST Link utility or any other document for STM32H7 micro?

You'd be better using the STM32 Cube Programmer tool, the ST-LINK Utilities aren't receiving development updates.

The functionality/construction of the loader for the H7 is consistent with the design of the other STM32 platforms.

I've built several custom external loaders, make me a reasonable offer for my time.
