Do stm32-c2c.com works? I can't access this website to activate my STM32L496 board

Hi, I just get my STM32L496 board, I'm trying to activate the board at stm32-c2c.com but this website isn't working. There is one video on Youtube about this board, and they use this website. Could you help me pls?
