after the debug i receive the message :

fatal error st-link dll not found session aborted

i don't know corrects o.O

Your question provides little useful detail on your system. What tool chain, OS, etc?

Suggest you reinstall the driver/dll again properly, and ensure the tool chain knows the path of the DLL
