Hi
Can you confirm R9VI has LTDC or not?
It is very urgent for us because of this we are not able to start our project.
Regards,
Mukund

Hi Mukund,
Can you please precise which is the intended interface to be used in your application? Is it parallel RGB? if yes, which one (RGB565, RGB666, …)?
To answer you I can say that: yes the L4R9VI doesn't have full LTDC interface (external RGB pins) that's why it is stated No in table 2, but it has internal LTDC peripheral that can be used WITH MIPI-DSI interface to drive an external DSI display. So with LTDC+DSI you can drive your external display (if it is a MIPI-SDI), but with LTDC only you can't.
So the L4R9VI belongs to the L4R9x lines that have LTDC+DSI.
So to summarize: If your display is parallel (RGBxxx) , then you can't drive it with LTDC using L4R9VI, but if it is a MIPI-DSI display then you can drive it with LTDC+MIPI-DSI
Hope this is clear :)
Kind Regards,
RBEN
