Can the STM32L073VB be used for RS-232 communication with HSI RC internal clock source (without a crystal )with an accuracy less than the accuracy listed in the EIA RS232 standard?

The accuracy of the HSI48 is listed in the datasheet.

I doubt that ±4% accuracy is sufficient.
