can i migration from stm32f103c8t6 to stm32l412cbt6?

i replaced board mcu from stm32f103c8t6 to stm32l412cbt6.

now i cant connect board with swd port.

is stm32l412 not support swd port by default?

or do i need to change some schemetic for stm32l412?​
