Obviously not, the explanation lies in the pin name itself ''BOOT0''. It's dedicated to serve a predefined hardware behaviour on chip and is well documented in the specifications.
Perhaps looking for 100-pins target if you're running low on free GPIOs ;) cheers GuyOptions
