Following the free Colink, open-source CoOS, CoBuilder, we then release CoFlash, CoDeubug. Thus, Coocox already have a set of free development tools for the Cortex M3. You can use the Builder to build applications based on CoOs ,use CoFlash to download, and CoDebugger to debug.

Free and Open debug probe --Colink,

Free and Open RTOS--CoOS,

Free and Pioneering IDE -- CoBuilder,

Free Flash Programmer -- CoFlash,

Free Debugging tool -- CoDebugger,

CoOs has a quite interesting concept!

Interrupt latencies could be a lot smaller though, there is some interrupt-off-time which is not necessary and considerable overhead for ISRs using the API, most of it being not necessary likewise.
