I am in search of the 433MHz MCU for my new application, can someone help me with which MCU is offered by STM for the 433MHz RF application?

You must mean an MCU with a 433MHz front end, right?

Please have a look at them:

  • STM32WLE4
  • STM32WLE5
  • STM32WL54
  • STM32WL55

You will find them in the STM32WL overview.
