I will answer in english if you don't mind ;-). Yes the datasheet STM32H723 Tables 54 or 55 (respectively HSLV = OFF or ON) the limit in frequency of the IO ports depending of the load C.

Speed=11 select the maximum speed (maximum consumption).

The max operating frequency of the PWM though the timers is in "6.3.35 Timer characteristics" (details by timers in 3.31 Timers and watchdogs)
