USBPD timer use

RHelv.1
Associate II

Hello. I've been using the ST USBPD code for a few years for a variety of products. The default timer seems to always be Timer 2 (32 bit). Recently I've got this working as expected with an STM32G0 using Timer 2. However, this product switched to the STM32G4, and I can't use Timer 2 due to other pin constraints. I have it setup using Timer 4 (16 bit). Is there any limitation is ST's USBPD code to using a 16 bit timer for USBPD? I ask because I'm not acheiving consistent Attaches from SRC -> SNK.

Thank you.

Rob
