Unable to use the debugger in Auto Dev Kit due to an expired license

Moved  from STM32 forum - this is not an STM32 question.

I am facing an issue with the Auto Dev Kit debugger. My previous license had expired (Hightec), and although I tried renewing it and even registered to get a new license, the debugger still does not work.

Additionally, I notice that the debugger and flash icons appear greyed out.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

This debugger licence management is fully in the hands of Hightec, nobody on this MCU forum can help with that.

They surely have a forum, helpdesk and support team as well.

Ok, but also I didn't get the answer for my 2nd question

As you don't have a licence for the debugger, it doesn't seem unreasonable that its icons are greyed-out.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

But I'm using the UDE starter kit

Right, I thought that was self-explanatory.

If you lack the experience to deal with this issue, ask your direct supervisor for assistance.

What programmer are you using? which board are you using?

I'm using this board  AEK-MCU-C4MLIT1

Then the UDE debugger is on board up to 256KB of code.

Just open .wsx of the project from UDE.

Yes, I did that, but it's still greyed.
