When I use SPC5 Flash Programmer V2.8.1 to connect to the SPC56 CAN programmer, after configuring all the settings and clicking the connect button, the SPC5 Flash Programmer remains in a busy state and fails to establish a normal connection. Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?
Note: The operating system of my computer is Windows 10 64-bit.
Besides, when I check the SPC5 Flash Programmer installation Details, it shows that the flash tool plug ins of STMicroelectronics are unsigned, Is this the reason why it cannot work properly?

Hello SRomeo
I‘m using SPC5 flash programmer (V2.8.1) tool to flash the firmware (V2.8.1) over SPC5 connect, but when I configuring all the settings and clicking the connect button, it fails to establish a normal connection between SPC5 flash programmer and MCU. The hardware connection is shown below
I have got the error log,but I don't know how to solve the problem

Hi Devin,
The software you are using is out of date. It's not compatible with windows 10.
If you still wish to use this HW to program your system, then the only way is to use a machine with an older version of Windows (XP or Win7)
If your objective is to prototype systems to embed in an automotive environment, we suggest switching to more recent development kits!

Hi SRomeo
I have tried installing SPC5 Flash Programmer on a computer with Windows 7, but it still doesn't work properly, and the error log shows the same content.
