I am coming back to answer your question.
The current STM32H7 bootloader doesn't support CAN interface. The AN2606 is the reference and is the correct one.
However, for STM32H7 rev V devices, the FDCAN bootloader interface will be supported.
AN2606, AN4938 and AN3154 will be updated accordingly.

It seems that STM forum have some restriction for text formatting and I end-up with strange post. Here is my second attempt.
Can I perform boot via CAN interface using the STM32H750 boot loader?
- Old version of AN2606 says that it deppen on bool loader version. Version xx does not support and version yy has CAN support with some limitations.
- The newest AN2606 from February 2019 says that there is no support for CAN boot – AN2606 page 193-198
According to AN4938 page 24 chapter 5.3 says that CAN2 PB5/PB13 can be used for boot.
That is why I asking this question
