STM32F407 Communicate With Another STM32F407 Board Through USB

Hello everyone:

I recently prepared to do a project on the communication between two STM32 boards via USB. I want to ask if I can skip the enumeration phase, and then open the endpoints on Device and Host separately and then transfer data through the pipeline?
