Problem of TCP Server SYN_ACK in LWIP Stack STM32F4

Hello,

We are using STM32f4xx board with LWIP Stack 1.4.0. we are facing the issue of SYN_ACK server response to Client Connect request. Kindly find the wiresherk screenshot for more details. How we can get SYA_ACK Signal from Server?

How TCP Connection can be established?
