I am looking for copy of schematic of Nucleo 030R8. I am in the process to design my custom board but I need reference design to check application circuit of STM32F030RCT6TR

I already checked above link and found STM32F103 schematics. I was looking same Nucleo schematics for STM32F030 board (Nucleo 030R8).  

or you recommend to refer for STM32F103 application circuit is similar for STM32F030RCT6TR?

Are you, perhaps, looking at the ST-Link microcontroller - U2 on Sheet 4 - which is an STM32F103CBT6 ?

The STM32F030 is U5 - marked "MCU_LQFP64" on Sheet 3.

Download the pack which corresponds to the revision of board (C03, C04, or C05) which you have.

Note that the schematics are also in the 'Board design project files' download.

The MB1136 is the Schematic Pack of the Nucleo-F030R8 and other STM32 Nucleo-64 boards (mentioned in the introduction of the UM1724. The STM32F103 mentioned on the sheet 4 of the Schematic Packs is used just on the integrated ST-LINK v2-1.
