We are currently working on a project aimed at commissioning STM-based PCBs. Тhe process is semi-automated, software controlled. In one of the commissioning steps we use ST-Link/V2 to measure the target (uC VCC) voltage. The commissioning software call the "ST-LINK_CLI.exe" command line tool with "-TVolt" parameter. The question is what is the measurement accuracy/error of ST-Link/V2 programmer resp. what is the resolution of the built-in ADC? The commissioned PCBs are 3V3 MCU based boards.
