JLINK OR STLINK can`t find stm32f091rct6 .

Hi,

I used stm32f091rct6 in my project. and used keil5, jlink, and stlink too.

There have one problem that JLINK& STLINK can`t find stm32f091rct6 in my board.

Follow is my SCH, it can`t be found too when I soldered one worked chip that was from NUCLEO-F091RC`s board.

What is there any problem in my HW?

Did you try to connect under reset?

I tried that, but it can`t be found too.

Short reset pin to GND, but the jlink and stlink can`t find chip.

Reset should be controlled by the debugger. On some devices, Debug does not react under reset.
