Pull the Data Sheets for the oscillator, find equivalent parts in the SMT form-factor, perhaps from the same vendor
If you need to copy/cut-n-paste a design, perhaps look at other L4 NUCLEO/DISCO/EVAL board designs. Schematics and BoM can usually be found under the "CAD Resources" tab on the various product home pages.
Perhaps confer with your collegues or supervisors with more familiarity wih crystals, capacitance, and circuit layout of the PCB for optimal topology/placement
