Тhe document  «UM2268 User manual ST25RU3993-EVAL board software» describes the graphical user interface software (STSW-ST25RU001) for the ST25RU3993-EVAL board.  In the Reader Settings window of STSW-ST25RU001 be present Frequencies panel with possibility selection Profile frequency band (for different regulatory regions). However, in product version 1.5.6.0, this option is absent.

Turns out that when using the GUI, the Freq allocations are linked to the computers timezone, therefore if you need to change the freq you must use an appropriate timezone to correspond to the region of interest

We are having the same issue, the Profiles pane on the reader settings pop-up is completely missing,

We would like to change our main freq from the 865/867MHz range that came as default in the firmware that came bundled with the STSW-ST25RU001 GUI files to a 920MHz profile, which Japan was appropriate.

We have edited the profiles.csv file and this does effect the frequencies data in the other settings panes, but when actively scanning it is set to the default european bands, contrary to our edits in the profiles.csv file. (we are measuring this with a spectrum analyser)

The reader can produce the alternative frequencies and we can measure successfully at the 920mhz freq. (spectrum analyser) when using the Frequency Diagnosis Pane under the diagnostics tab.

Can you please provide us an alternative means of controlling this behaviour, or provide an alternative software version that has access to this critical setting.
