Am a Designing enginner.I designed taking certain reference designs from ST.But when I posted certain questions regarding those designs I got the reply that there is no support offered at present for them and they directly closed the posted.
I was really astonished to see that reply. It's really bad that you guys reply us in such a manner,mainly from the technical support team.Actually we expect support from STM which is much more interactive and helpful as compared to companies like TI,maximum,NXP,TE Who tends show great support always. As a Designing engineer am sorry to say that you guys needs to improve you technical support especially in case of embedded hardware related queries.Even in our firm we tend to use more products from STM for development escpecially controllers,driver ,mosftes,IGBTS.This type of response would lead us to rethink about choosing a product from ST for development.We are expecting the best support from ST than any other manufacturers.
