Greeting,
We are using VNQ7140AJ for high side switching power rails.
Power source 28V with +%5 and -%5 tolerances. So source will be 29.4V to 26.6V
In data sheet we sow this IC's absolute maximum rating is 28V. But in page 7 data sheet says DC supply voltage: 38V. It is abit confused us.
Basicly for this IC is safe to supply 29.4V to 26.6V ?
