I think the software STSW-L9963E isn't available for download on the ST website. Coul someone please send it to me? Here is my email: vinicius.strini@gmail.com

the software pack is available at STSW-L9963 and just requires an account at my.st.com.

Hello Peter,

I tried again afterwards, and it stopped giving me the 404 error message. I
was able to download the software! Thank you
