I recently developed a system that uses the PowerSTEP01 devices. I had great trouble getting hold of the devices when I originally prototyped the design. Now I've come to order another batch and no body seems to have any? Mouser have are stating that 'manufacturing delays have been reported for this product' and are stating a 20 week lead time on the devices, however I noticed a few weeks ago that was 18 so I'm guessing that's going to get pushed back even further.
Does anyone know exactly what's going on over at ST Microelectronics regarding these devices?
Any info or insight will be greatly appreciated!
