Hello,

We are making a design LED1202 (QFN20) and need thermal resistance(janction to ambient).

What is the thermal resistance (junction to ambient) except for the JEDEC PCB(2S2P).

We use smaller copper area of printed circuit board or less layer than 2S2P such as double-sided PCB.

How estimate theta ja in such cases.
