SPICE model for LDFPVR ?

Your products have been instrumental in helping us achieve remarkable advancements, and we truly appreciate the quality and support you provide.

I am currently developing VHF PA  circuit that incorporates your product, the LDFPVR . To validate the design concept and ensure accurate simulation results, I kindly request the SPICE model for this component.

I have access to ANSYS HFSS and other simulation tools, and this project is of high priority. Your support in providing the model at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.

Note : If your team is not related to the technical aspects of the SPICE model, could you please forward this request to the relevant technical team? I am able to reach out to you from my side, but I need assistance in connecting with the appropriate team..

Hi Andrew Neil

I have always trusted your expertise and support. You are among the top solution providers, which is why I reached out to you on June 17 regarding the LDFPVR Spice model and requested that a case be opened.

However, it has now been over 20 days, and I have not received a single response. I am unsure of your case handling procedure, and this delay has caused significant concern. While Peter advised me to be patient, I must express that I have already waited patiently for nearly three weeks.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of response and the unavailability of the Spice model, our $1 million project was canceled by the end customer—resulting in a major loss for our organization.

You really should take this up with your local sales office, and FAE responsible for your account.

There's a lot of berating going on in that thread, and whilst that might work in your part of the internets, it's not at all productive on user forums

Did you ?

As already noted, this is primarily a User forum - most members (including me) are not ST staff.

Please review this guide:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

If I was a customer with $1 million to spend I would not want to give it to someone who has a delay of 20 days over a simple spice model. Certainly not someone with an attitude like yours (double posting, writing in red text, being impatient).
The LDFPVR is just an LDO. Could easily be simulated with an ideal opamp and a MOSFET. Or pick a spice model of a similar component. But it's too late now.
