SPICE model for LDFPVR ?

Your products have been instrumental in helping us achieve remarkable advancements, and we truly appreciate the quality and support you provide.

 

I am currently developing VHF PA  circuit that incorporates your product, the LDFPVR . To validate the design concept and ensure accurate simulation results, I kindly request the SPICE model for this component.

 

I have access to ANSYS HFSS and other simulation tools, and this project is of high priority. Your support in providing the model at your earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated.

 

 

Note : If your team is not related to the technical aspects of the SPICE model, could you please forward this request to the relevant technical team? I am able to reach out to you from my side, but I need assistance in connecting with the appropriate team..

Over 48 hours have passed since our request for the LDFPVR Spice model. This is critical to our simulation, and the delay is affecting our timeline.

Please prioritize and share the model as soon as possible.

As of June 23, 2025, 10:16 AM, approximately 84 hours have passed since our request for the LDFPVR Spice model. This delay is critical and is impacting our simulation timeline.

The LDFPVR voltage regulator is a core component for many engineering applications. It is unacceptable that the SPICE model and essential documentation are missing from your official product page.

As a manufacturer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all simulation models and technical resources are readily available to support customer integration. Without these, implementation in real-world projects is hindered, causing delays and inefficiencies.

We demand that you upload the complete set of product-related documents, including the SPICE model, to your sales and support portals immediately. Please clarify how customers are expected to simulate and validate your products in the absence of these resources.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support regarding the SPICE model request. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past 7 days and 48 hours, there has been no meaningful response.

This delay has seriously impacted our development timelines and eroded trust in your products. It’s unacceptable that a released product’s SPICE model is still unavailable, raising concerns about the viability of your power electronics portfolio.

If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate further and share this experience publicly to warn other customers.

My deep dissatisfaction with the technical support I’ve received regarding the SPICE model request. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past 7 days and an additional 72 hours, there has been no meaningful response or resolution.

 

In my professional experience, I have never encountered such a lack of accountability and responsiveness. This delay is not only unacceptable but has severely impacted our development timelines and trust in your products.

 

It is extremely concerning that a released product’s SPICE model is still unavailable. This raises serious questions about the viability of your power electronics business portfolio. I strongly urge you to reconsider its continuation, as many customers—including we—are now forced to explore alternative manufacturers who are able to support timely and reliable product development.

 

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further and share my experience publicly to ensure other customers are aware of the risks involved.

Please provide an urgent update on your team’s progress. It’s been 14 days, and the technical issue remains unresolved. A customer is awaiting clarity, and I need to understand why this is still pending.

If your team cannot deliver timely solutions, we need to reassess roles and responsibilities. Continued delays are impacting critical deliveries and customer trust.

If your team is unable to resolve the issue, I need to understand why they are still assigned to this case. Once a case is created, there should be a clear timeline and defined actions. Please share the standard procedures your team follows for case handling and resolution.

At this point, I must question whether those procedures are being followed at all.
