In widely use of VIPER06X, is used to only Half-Bridge Rectifier Circuit as shown in figure, but if we need to apply it on Full-Rectifier(Bridge) Rectifier Circuit, then what should we consider?Because if we implement the grid Voltage, then can be damaged.
Can you recommend your points to use VIPER06X with Bridge Rectifier Circuit?

Your schematics shows the STEVAL-ISA114V1, which is documented in the AN4273.
Of course you can use a bridge rectifier, even if a half bridge is normally used for cost reasons. The only changes are:
You can easily simulate the circuit using our eDesignSuite and play with many parameters:
Converter > AC/DC > Non-Isolated > Buck
You can also choose your favorite device, e.g. the VIPER06X at the top right, then enter your desired parameters on the left. Choose CHANGE SPECIFICATIONS on the left to change e.g. the (input) rectifier type.
Please find quick examples for 25V, 0.2A with half-bridge vs. full-bridge, where the differences are marked with red circles:
And yes, depending on the value of the mains voltage you could of course damage the VIPer06m, which can survive upt to 800V. For higher voltages please consider the VIP26K with 1050V.
