EVAL6474PD does not transmit any voltage impulses

Hello, I am using EVAL6474PD demonstration board with PCC009V2 controller for stepper motor. Also I have spinfamily evaluation tool 3.0 . The problem is that stepper motor does not recieve any impulses. I cheched it with oscilloscope and it also showed that there are no voltage impulses.
