We Are Using BTA12-600B for Dimming of 240V Dimmer Light.We Want to Know the Temperature Vs Ampere Graph so We can judge that if we pass 3A through the BTA12-600B then how much heat will dissipate and how much temperature of BTA12-600B.
I Am Sending the Our Circuit Diagram of BTA12-600B. If is there any Improvement required in Circuit then Please Suggest.
Our main requirement is Reference Circuit for BTA12-600B and Ampere VS Temperature Graph. so we can judge Heat discipation by BTA12-600B in our circuit is ok or need improvement.
