Hello,
is there anybody who can give me some hints (or more ) for a design of a 1-phase BLDC Motor? (yes, 1-phase) I need a very low noise control. The current solution ist running with a triac. But the triac becames very loud if the motor runs slow. App-Notes or something like that would be very helpfull. Thx in advancedOptions

Hello,
for me it isn't clear how a triac can be used for controlling a BLDC motor. Generally this switch is used when we deal with AC motor or universal motor. I would appreciate more details about your system, i.e., the architecture of your driver (micro or not?) and the type of motor (application field, size, power, etc.). Regards, Tanio
