What drivers do I need to install to allow me to upload code from IAR's IDE to a STM32 Board?

I am using an Nucleo-L552ZE -Q board with the IAR Arm 9.30.1 IDE. The code builds correctly, the error message that comes up when trying to upload to debug is attached.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Regards
Stephen

Do you see the ST-LINK in device manager?
Install STM32 Cube Programmer, check with that.
Might have DLL you can add to IAR directories.
Check PCSoftware folder in CubeL5 for IAR related patches or updates.
Work with IAR support.
