Hello.
I use last release of st7vd and st7vp and found some bugs. But i did not find any bug report e-mail, that's why i post it here. Bug #1: it happens pretty often. I change some project settings, usually under C Compiler or Linker tabs; and after it i can not compile my project. The reason—memory model is gone. I choose memory model and everything works. Bug #2: having opened Light Programmer in ST7VD i lock computer, then unlock it and all icons on toolbars and in menu (exept Light programmer icon :)) are gone. I attached screenshot. My os: win xp pro, sp2, german release. Suggestion: I would suggest to implement in programmer such option as ''run after programming''. Softec programmer has such one. Sometimes it is very useful. ________________ Attachments : toolbar.JPG : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006I03X&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bTu%2FrZOZEWy8d_PMsLwXwas6VGnkLIZieKfY3kFYuXdEbNA&asPdf=false- Mark as New

Hi.
One more bug report!!! The idea with different segments and sections of memory is perfect, but still has bugs. My steps: 1) initially i have the following project (attachment figure 1, bl_1.stp) 2) i add segment BL CheckSum,set memory range, but still without any section for this new segment (figure 2, bl_2.stp), and close workspace 3)open workspace,i add section .bl_checksum in segment BL CheckSum(figure 3, bl_3.stp),close workspace 4) open workspace again, take a look on my memory map and i realize that all sections are rearranged in comparison as before, most of sections have own memory range, what is not possible inside of single segment(figure 4) I hope that u fix this bug soon, because i can not finish my project because of it. ________________ Attachments : bl_1.stp : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006I070&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bTv%2FvHMy.dl5qHcvkREoL5FwTwTnlmTvP.37I.7MOIv7d88&asPdf=falsebl_2.stp : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006HzrN&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bTs%2F8kltgKdKNWWm2YTu5rTNGY.K9nCsTO.oZ1VM_OLowE8&asPdf=falsebl_3.stp : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006I07n&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bTt%2F.vX52yRBfPkpClcWo1UtLFeZsfChqA4dtfqTV4RoRJY&asPdf=falseFigures.doc : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006I04z&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bTr%2F577axT25Hs17woqVOyMh9Nt3yunCF_yy6e3CAW_na2c&asPdf=false- Mark as New

Hello.
Here is one more bug report from me. So, i use STVP last release. I have project containing 2 program memory files. the 1st file has .s19 format, 2nd one-- .hex I load the project, everything is ok, i see all 3 sectors of the memory map (micro st7mc2s4t6). Having STVP opened I rebuild one of files. STVP tells me that one of memory files was change and should it be reloaded. YES. It is reloaded, but the content of another file dissapears from program memory window -- !!!it is not good!!! I do not have any memory overlapping because one file covers sector0, another one -- sectors 1 and 2. If i reopen project, everything gets back. P.S: I hope the developers of STVP and STVD will pay attantion on my reports.- Mark as New

Hi Luter,
Just to inform you, that we are actually reviewing the improvement and bug pending in order to classify them to know what will be implemented in the next version depending on the importance of the request and of the effort/resources needed. You bugs are in the list, but we have now to sort them by priority. Thank you for your help to improve our tools. Best regards Laurent- Mark as New
