Hello,

I'm repairing SICK sensor and found the unknown component. Please help me recognize this part and possible replacement part.

Hi, @NTedj.1​ 

the marking is BEV, which stands for the SM15T36A, a TVS with peak pulse power of 1500W and a VBR of 36V.
