It's possible emulation E2PROM with Flash?

I use ST7Lite19 beacause it has E2PROM for save my data.

I need plus I/O. I want use micro with plus I/O but without E2PROM. I can use FLASH for save my data like E2PROM?In run-time for saving my data? Thanks.
