SPC56EL60LX -TEST FLASH ACCESS

Hello everyone,

I am working with SPC56EL60L3 and SPC5Studio v5.0.

I need to access the test flash (described at page 622 of the RM0032 user manual) memory to implement CPU temperature reading using the temperature sensor described in chapter 51 of the RM0032 user manual.

In order to read the temperature sensor I need to retrieve the constants P1, P2, C1, C2 described in table 764 at page 1393 of the RM0032 manual.

How do I do that? I can't find any examples.

Sample code would be appreciated.

Hello Alessandro ,

we have not an example application in SPC5Studio

we have a change request to create a TSENS Temperature Application.

Anyway , you can check this application : (cf main.c)

MPC56L and SPC56L are the same HW.
