I am trying to revive an old board that used PSD302-B-70J. I am using Digital I/O hardware and TaskLink App to program the part. I have programmed these parts before a long time ago and remember that there was a security bit that had to be cleared to make the part work.
The PSD302 parts can not be found any more however there are few PSD303 parts out there. There is a document APP NOTE 018 http://www.icbase.com/pdf/WSI/WSI00670106.pdf that point to the security bit in PSD301 and PSD302 however for some reason it doesn't mention PSD303.
Does anyone know what the address is for security bit on the PSD303?
