SPC58NN cannot debug after flash DCF

Of course, this cmm is modified by the cmm of the MPC5xxx chip

The above script writes two addresses,

0x00400360, the write data is 0x05AA55AF00000000

0x00400368, the write data is 0x0000030100080000 (start offline bist)

After executing the cmm, the debugger shows debug port fail.And the lower right corner of trace32 jumps reset from time to time

I also learned about an official cmm from the "AN4939 How to run self-test in the SPC58NN84x device Rev2 March 2019.pdf" document, but I can't find this cmm on the official website, can you tell me where to download it?

hello ,

your cmm file is relative to MPC5744P not SPC58NN

It is NXP application note.

i am checking with experts about SPC58NN cmm files.
