Cannot Program SPC584B via UDESTK, Is my FLASH broken?

I was able to program my SPC584B70E3 via UDESTK 5.0 and SPC5-UDESTK tool. After using it for a while I tried to build a Bootloader application. Now I cannot access the device and program it or erase it.

When I try to flash something I get the pop-up error message "Can't activate FLASH/OTP Device !" and the error messages below appear in the Messages List:

Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.430, Error, Core2::PpcJtagTargIntf, Operation has failed partly !
Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Error, Core2::PFLASH, Failed to download driver section 0x400A8000-0x400A900B
Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Error, Core2::PFLASH, Initializing FLASH driver on target failed
Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Warning, Core2::PFLASH, FLASH programming for device '2 MByte OnChip program FLASH (Starterkit)' not available !

Is my device broken? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for all the answers,

Talha Uyar

Hello ,

Could you check your device manager in Windows 10 if PLS is well present in term of drivers ?

If yes , i think that your flash seems to be broken or corrupted.

if no, could you reinstall the driver ?

Best Regards
