Hi All,
I have installed UNICO GUI 9.9.0.0 to evaluate evibrations.
I have some problems in plotting values< it seems that the graphic interface does not work correctly.
I attach an image to show you the problem.
OS: W7 PRO on Intel i3-2120 -- Integrated Video Card
The data are correctly acquired and saved
Thank you very much for your kind support
Ciao

Hi Fabio @FCern
The new Unicleo versions' drivers should be compatible with OS >= Win7.
Just for a double-check, did you enable a configuration and the Start button to start acquisition?
Can you see the data changing in the Data tab?

Hallo Eleon,
thank you very much for your answer.
I confirm that the setting are loaded correctly and I can also see raw data in the data tab, and furthermore I can also save them in a .txt files.
I see coherent datas changing, for example, the ODR of the accelerometer. But it would be very useful for my application to evaluate also the PSD; this helps me in understanding the fundamental frequency of my vibrations. But this can be easily done only with the FFT rappresentation.
It seems to be only a visualization problem...
Thank you again for your kind support.
Ciao

Hi Fabio @FCern ,
we checked on a couple of win7 setups, and I confirm the issue you reported.
I asked to our internal experts, and after some tests we conclude that yes, it can be a visualization issue, probably related to video drivers...
We are aware this is not a solution, but we suggest you to switch to win10, also because win7 is no more supported now.
By the way, thank you for having reported the issue.

Hi Alex @Alejandro Márquez ,
Are you able to save data in a log file, but you cannot display the chart, right?
