This question is very generic, but to give an example you could look at S2-LP SubGHz RF transciever for instance. STWIN kit is also supporting 3rd party LTE CAT M1 and NB-IOT connectivity through SW package called STSW-STWINCELL + dedicated expansion board is of course needed.
