Hello We are working with accelerometer LIS2DW12.
according to the diagram in the data sheet. if the accelerometer is in this state, will we see the zl \ zh orientation bit raised?

are you referring to the ZH bit in the SIXD_SRC (3Ah) register, right?
If so, yes, the orientation of the device is given by the sensing of the 1g earth gravity and by default, you could be in position (e) of the following scheme (see application note AN5038 p.24):
